Target the monster!


I wouldn't normally bring up something I couldn't show the real piece on but I feel it has excellent aspects of targeting in it.

I felt at first when seeing I was struck with monster, it's branded well enough that I thought "job prospecting" but I was mistaken...somewhat.

A confusion set in when I saw many people there at the same time, I think immediately I have less a chance to get a job because there are so many people using monster, how can I compete?

Ah, but I am not supposed to. They have competition for jobs in monster already, what they want is EMPLOYERS. I believe I yanked this from CNN so it could definitely be the right audience to target for offering jobs.

But what targets them about it? Obvious enough:
Find the right employee...

... fast!
While they may lose job wanters from reactions similar to mine they definitely luer in the job providers with such an offer, the way of the aggregate headhunter is not lost, but subpositioned to the art of finding head buyers.
